How to Use

Put on gloves — Wear suitable disposable gloves before handling the hair color and developer.

Measure the developer — Measure 2.4 fl. oz. of Oreor 30 or 40 Volume Developer into a non-metallic shaker or bowl, depending on the desired degree of lift. If the hair is relaxed, use 20 Volume Developer only.

Mix the color — Add the entire contents of the Excellence HiColor HiLights tube and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Apply to dry hair — Apply the hair color immediately after mixing to dry, unwashed hair.

Saturate the hair — Apply the mixture thoroughly to the selected hair according to the desired effect.

Process the color — Leave the color on for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Rinse and shampoo — Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear, then shampoo the hair.
