Clairol Professional Basic White 2 Plus Powder Lightener 16 Oz

Mix the lightener — Add 2 scoops of lightener and 3 scoops of Clairol Professional Cream Developer to a non-metallic bowl. Mix to a creamy consistency using a 1:2 weight ratio.

Choose the developer — For on-scalp application, do not use higher than 20 Vol. developer. For maximum lift, use 40 Vol. developer with a 1:1.5 weight ratio.

Apply the mixture — Apply evenly to the hair, ensuring it is fully saturated.

Check the processing — Check the hair every 5–10 minutes to monitor the desired lightness.

Avoid heat — Do not use heat while the product is processing.

Rinse thoroughly — Do not process for longer than 50 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Shampoo and condition — Shampoo and condition the hair after rinsing.

Follow directions: Read and follow the directions and instructions carefully. Failure to do so may result in severe chemical burns.

Stop if the product reacts: If foaming, steaming, or heating occurs during service, stop use and rinse the hair with lukewarm water. Advise the client to seek medical attention if necessary.

Avoid use on sensitive skin: Do not use on persons under 16, on a face with a rash, or on a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp. Do not use if the client has previously experienced a reaction after bleaching or highlighting the hair.

Avoid eye and body contact: Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse the eyes immediately with water. Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, or other parts of the body.

Use with care: Wear suitable gloves, hold the packet away from the face when opening, avoid inhaling the contents, and mix in a well-ventilated room.

Monitor and rinse: Do not leave the client unattended and regularly check the client’s hair. Rinse the hair well after application.

Keep out of reach of children: Keep the product out of reach of children.
